Refund And Return Policy

1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing ECWIZON. We’re committed to offering the best services and understanding that there may be occasions when clients wish to discontinue a service. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are processed.

2. Cancellation and Termination of Services

a. Clients can request the cancellation of a service/project within “7 days” of the initial agreement unless stated otherwise in the project contract.

b. If work has commenced on the project, a partial refund will be issued based on the work completed at the time of cancellation.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

a. Refunds are applicable only if the services provided were not as described or did not meet the mutually agreed-upon standards set out at the beginning of the project.

b. If clients face technical or service-related issues, it is recommended to first contact our support team at support@ecwizon.com before applying for a refund.

4. Process for Claiming Refunds

a. To request a refund, clients should contact our billing department via billing@ecwizon.com detailing the reasons for the request.

b. Our team will review the request, and if approved, the refund will be processed within “14 days”. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method.

5. Exceptions

a. No refunds will be given for services that were offered on special promotions or discounts.

b. Services that have been delivered and accepted without any initial issues are not eligible for refunds after “7 days” from the date of project completion.

6. Modifications to This Policy

ECWIZON reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting, and clients are encouraged to review this policy regularly.
